There should be transparency on the web and so, like my podcast mentor, Pat Flynn, taught me,  I am disclosing to you that I’ve included certain products and links to those products on this site that I will earn an affiliate commission for.  That means that any purchases you make using my affiliate links, I will get a commission. 

Although my goal is to first educate, we have to pay the bills, pay our employees, and pay for our licensing and content.  This is, after all, a business.  Running an online business is not cheap.  So, in order to be able to do what we do, to get you the best education possible in front of you, we endorse products and services that we like and promote them on our site and sometimes even in our podcasts.

Our site is growing all the time so it is nearly impossible to go back through and list each and every program that I have an affiliate agreement with. Given this, you should assume that any links leading you to products or services are affiliate links that I will receive compensation from just to be safe. Having said that, there are millions of products and services on the web that relate to short-term rentals and investing in real estate. I only promote those products or services that I have investigated and truly feel deliver value to you.  Examples would include Audible, OnlineJobs.ph, and services like Wheelhouse and Smartbnb. 

While we check out these products and services, we can't guarantee anything.  While I won't endorse products or services I don't use or don't like, things change.  Even the quality of a product and service may change over time.  Therefore, I cannot guarantee any other company because you just don't know what's going to happen.  We do our best to stay on top of things but something could potentially slip past us.

The Prosperity Process, our parent company, is also a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

Please note that I have not been given any free products, services or anything else by these companies in exchange for mentioning them on the site, unless I state so. The only consideration is in the form of affiliate commissions or compensation as an advisor for a few well-chosen companies.

Members' Affiliate Disclaimer 

This is our Affiliate Disclaimer.

Short Term Rental Revenue allows its members to become affiliates and pays their affiliates a commission on products, memberships, and services. 

The person must be a member in good standing in order to be an Affiliate and in order to get an Affiliate Commission.

Affiliates are given links and those links must be used in order to receive a Commission.

Affiliates commissions are ongoing (for example, monthly memberships are paid out as commissions monthly) as long as the Affiliate remains a member in good standing.  If an affiliate ends their membership, their commissions, too, will end.  

There is no way to reestablish a previous commission if an affiliate member leaves and returns at a later date.
